Itinerary
Day 1 – Arusha to Serengeti National Park
A pick up from Tulia Lodge in Arusha will be at 08:30am drive to in Serengeti National Park; you will do a game drive for the test of the day. Tanzania’s oldest and most popular national park, also a world heritage site and recently proclaimed a seventh worldwide wonder, the Serengeti is famed for its annual migration, when some six million hooves pound the open plains, The spectacle of predator versus prey dominates Tanzania’s greatest park. Golden-maned lion prides feast on the abundance of plain grazers. Solitary leopards haunt the acacia trees lining the Seronera River, while a high density of cheetahs prowls the southeastern plains. You will stay in a safari styled tent, with private shower and toilet facilities, and enjoy a good meal in the middle of the African bush.
Day 2: Tour Safari in the Serengeti National Park
You will have a full day game drive in Serengeti or Ndutu area. You will follow the wildebeest migration in Serengeti Ndutu Area January to April, Western Serengeti area May to July in the North Mara Bologonja area July to October.
Day 3 – transfer to Central Serengeti
After breakfast, you will continue your safari with en-route game viewing to the central Serengeti. Day 5: Half Day Game viewing in the Ngorongoro drive to Arusha
After an early breakfast you will descend in the crater for a half day game viewing. Ngorongoro crater is the world’s sixth-largest unbroken caldera found in Northern Tanzania. The crater is the flagship tourism feature for the Ngorongoro conservation area. It is a large, unbroken, caldera, formed when a giant volcano exploded and collapsed some three million years ago. The crater sinks to a depth of 610 meters, with a base area covering 260 square kilometers. You’ll have picnic lunch near the hippo pool site late afternoon you drive back to Arusha which will be the end of your Serengeti national park tours.
