The safari begins and ends in Arusha, this adventure will take you to the four Tanzania National Parks. The combining of Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Serengeti National Park, Lake Manyara National Park, and Tarangire National Park. These parks will offer you an amazing experience as well as leave you with unforgettable memories.

Day 1: Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park

After morning breakfast, you will be picked up by our professional safari guide from your hotel and your safari guide will brief you about the entire safari. You will depart from Arusha and drive to Lake Manyara National Park, and the journey it’s approximately to take around 2:30 hours until you reach the Lake Manyara National Park entrance gate. The park stretches alongside a high rift valley escarpment which absorbs through the alkaline lake, different bird species about 400 gathering around the lake such as pink flamingos, etc. The park also includes various wild animals such as troops of baboons, herds of elephants

, wildebeest, buffalo, leopards, hyenas, hippo in their ponds, as well as you might be lucky to spot tree-climbing lions.

Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park – Serengeti National Park

After morning breakfast, you will opt to do a morning game drive and after having a full of memories with the enjoyment of experiencing nature and magnificent sightings of different wild animals and bird species. You will start descending the park and drive all the way to Serengeti National Park.

On your way, you’ll continue with game viewing and enjoying your lunch inside the park and after the long day of a game drive, you will be driven to your lodge or tented camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Serengeti National Park – Full Game Drive

You will wake up early morning and have an early morning game drive which will offer you an opportunity to spot nocturnal animals such as lions, leopards, hyenas, etc. On action or hunting. After the morning game drive, you will be back at the camp or lodge for the breakfast and resting a bit while waiting for the second round of game viewing where you will be able to spot the various wild animals in gathering in Serengeti plains. Serengeti National Park it is the best park to spot topis, cheetah, gazelle, lion, ostrich etc. Also, Serengeti has been famous for the wildebeest migration activity which happens all year round as well as calving season which takes place around February up to April where you will see approximately 10000 calves born in a single day in the region of Ndutu.

Day 4: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area (4 Hours & 145km)

After morning breakfast, you will depart from Ngorongoro Conservation Area and pass by at Olduvai Gorge, where the famous archeologist Dr. Luis and his wife Mary Leakey discovered the skull of who’s is believed to be the first human on earth named Zinjanthropus boisei. Then after learning about the Olduvai Gorge history, you will drive to your lodge or tented camp for relaxation, dinner, and overnight.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater – Full Game Drive

You will opt to wake up early morning and descend to the crater floor which stretched about 2,000 ft. You will be mesmerized by the beauty of the surrounding nature as it’s referred to as the ”Garden of Eden” and enjoy the atmosphere and the spectacular view of the Ngorongoro landscape. The Ngorongoro crater is the park where you have a huge chance of spotting all the big five wild animals such as lions, black rhino, buffalo, elephants, and leopards on the same day. As the park is the one with easy access to spotting black rhino. As well you will be able to sightings various animals such giraffe, cheetah, hippo, warthog, hyena, wild dogs, gazelle, wildebeest, etc.

After a full day game drive full of memories about the Ngorongoro crater, you will descend at the park and head to Tarangire National Park where you will overnight at lodges around the Karatu area which is nearby the park.

Day 6: Karatu – Tarangire National Park 

After morning breakfast you will drive to Tarangire National Park (Home of Giants), this park is referred to as the home of giants due to a large number of massive baobab trees as well as herds of elephants. Once you reach the park and start a game viewing you will be able to spot various animals such as troops of baboons, pride of lion, wild dogs, hyena, elephant, giraffe, zebras, etc. And you might be lucky to spot python. You will have your lunch at the picnic area and after a full game drive inside Tarangire National Park, you will be driven back to the lodge overnight.

Day 7: Transfer – Arusha

After morning breakfast you will have a morning game viewing inside Tarangire National Park then have lunch and then transfer to Arusha for departure or overnight and this will be our end of 7 Days Tanzania Safari.
