7 Days Tanzania Tour Details

Day 1: Arrival Kilimanjaro – Arusha

After arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will meet and be welcomed by the Utmost Expeditions safari guide and will drive you to your hotel for relaxation and enjoy the African atmosphere. Our tour guides are professionals and understand well Tanzanian culture so, do not hesitate to ask any questions as he/they will have the answers.

Our professional tour guide will give you a brief about the next day’s activities as tomorrow morning your safari will begin!

Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park

After early breakfast, you will depart from Arusha and head to the Lake Manyara National Park as your first national park to visit. You will be able to spot huge troops of baboons and herds of elephants inside the park as well you might be lucky to spot tree-climbing lions with their pride. This park is located around the soda lake, where you will find pink flamingos and other species. The park also has different wild animals such as zebras, wildebeest, warthogs, buffalos, giraffes, hyenas, etc. Moreover, the park has a nice opportunity for hippo sightings and you will be mesmerized by a spectacular view of the Rift Valley.

Day 3 – 4: Serengeti National Park

On this day you will continue with your safari to the Serengeti national park after having morning breakfast. The beautiful Serengeti plains and their spectacular landscape are ahead of you. It an eye-catching from mostly tourists as it has been used for firming wildlife documentaries. Wildebeest Migration is one of the highlights of Serengeti which happens annually with calving season whereby millions of calves are born and approximately 10,000 in a single day. It is very impressive to watch various animals such as buffalos, antelopes, gazelle, warthogs, zebras, elephants gathering while predators are on action/hunting.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater

After morning breakfast, you have a game viewing in Ngorongoro Conservation Area, which is the park with easy chances of spotting the all big five wild animals such as lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and black rhino. You will have time to enjoy your picnic lunch inside the crater while enjoying the magnificent view of the Ngorongoro crater landscape and its nature. After a long game viewing day and enjoying the spectacular sightings and surrounding of nature, across five hours, you’ll see the very best that Africa has to offer. As well you will opt to do other activities like a visitation to Maasai village inside Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Day 6: Karatu/Arusha

On this day you will be relaxing in your lodge depending on your wish, you can do some village tour, town tour or some other excursions of the day, this day does not involve park game drives.

Day 7: Departure

 Depending on your flight schedule as you will be relaxing in the lodge before your departure. Our tour driver will transfer you to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure and on day 7 you will fly back home.
